Welcome to our school website. We hope it will provide useful information for parents/carers, children and visitors.

The Darley Centre is a Pupil Referral Unit on the site of the old Ashby Infants School behind Ashby Market in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire.

The Darley Centre serves to support KS3 and KS4 (Years 7-11) pupils who are on the roll of the secondary schools of North Lincolnshire.

Support can either be fullĀ or part time placements.

The important difference between The Darley Centre and mainstream schools is that all referrals to us come from the mainstream school, pupil remain on the roll of the mainstream school and as the term 'short stay school' suggests, pupils stay on average between 12 and 24 weeks before returning to full time long term permanent educational provision - usually the school that they came from.

Students in Years 10 and 11 will be placed at The Darley Centre full time.
